My friends and I took advantage of the low air fares by Air Asia to visit South Korea during the Seoul Motor Show period. So while this was indeed a vacation, it was also a working trip for me as I was doing coverage for the magazine. Halls at KINTEX where the motor show was held are big, but the show itself was separated into two different buildings unlike the Bangkok International Motor Show. However, like the Bangkok motor show, this place was very packed and quite lively.
Among the places that we ended up visiting were Gyeongbokgung Palace, The National Folk Museum of Korea, Bukchon Hanok Village, Myeong-dong District, Dongdaemun, and of course the infamous Gangnam District. A tiring 4-day trip due to the amount of walking we did, but it was worth it!
